FHCC was founded in 2002 in response to the inevitable negative socio-economic  consequences of engaging in risky behaviors such as substance abuse, sexual activity, violence, vaping. Our goal is to facilitate providers in their ability to equip students with motivation and skills to avoid those risks and instead make healthy choices concerning their physical, emotional, financial and mental health so they may experience optimal health outcomes and self-sufficiency in adulthood .
